The Khajit applied pressure to the black Shire's sides, picking up the pace again. Yes, indeed K'joor traveled a lot, only because she had a pretty bad reputation, because she was a Khajit and Khajit are said to be thieves even though she is far from one. Or thinks she is. The feline sighed un happily, pulling her hood down and letting the sun warm her quite cold face. K'joor was cooking in the leather, but indeed it did give a purpose for hunting. With her thick snow leopard-like fur, it was not hard to get warm. The Khajit let her pink tongue roll over her quite parched lips, her eyes looking up to the sky. It was the afternoon she could tell, late afternoon at that where it got cooler and a breeze would start to kick in. The air was humid and still, and once in a while a small wisp of wind would blow through but that was it, and not enough for the feline to cool off.
After a while of riding, K'joor had covered quite a lot of ground, or she hoped she did. She had not been paying attention much, since the day had been so beautiful and perfect for a hunt though she needed to set up camp before she could hunt. K'Joor steered Turk towards the woods, and made the sweating stallion gallop in, so if she was getting followed it would be harder to track where she was. The Khajit came upon a clearing in the woods, a circle of Redwood trees with a big enough opening for three horses. K'Joor slowed Turk down, halting the stallion while she hopped off to scout the place out a bit, mark it so she could find her way back, before coming back to camp. She set up her tent, which was made of buffalo hide that had been stretched and washed to make the tent with the fur insides, and then dug out a hole in the ground for her fire. K'Joor put her bed inside the camp and lay the dagger down she had bought earlier under the blankets. She took Turk's saddle off and put a halter on him, collecting the hay she had bought to to feed him and then started making the fire.
At first, the Khajit had seared off a bunch of her fur on her wrist from holding the kindling to long, and then let it try to get up and going on it's own time but sadly failing. At the last try, the feline made a small fire and quickly started adding fuel, waiting for the night to come so she could go hunting. While the fire blazed on, growing high and higher, K'Joor grabbed her bear hide water jug and ventured out to find water. She had taken her boots off, and was now even more silenter because of her paws. The Khajit had both of her ears perked on her head, her nose slightly twitching since she was more of the wilder Khajit than the rest, more cat in her than human.
K'Joor found a small pond, with animals crowded around it to get a drink though they fled as the feline came out of the brush. K'Joor crouched down, and started to collect water, listening to her surroundings closely.
