Jewel Eaters are characterized by the visible jewels on their bodies.
Aside from that, they should usually have larger or more extravagant hair edits. <3
Jewel Eaters simply have to have visible jewels, weather they be diamond-esque and flatter (like Quinn), spiked (like Wolf) or even pearl or teardrop style.
All trueblood Jewel Eaters have saber jewels. ; v ;
But yes, any of Quinn's babies are Jewel Eaters- which means they eat gems and fine stones instead of berries or meats.
