when a meio is retrieved/disowned from an owner or was not adopted
during a breeding, they are brought here. users with five or less meios
have a chance at adopting one when the pound is open! these little guys
are not technically first come, first serve. you will be told what the
difference is when the adopting process begins,as it changes often.
