Glad you like it ^^ and you mean the bubble thing? I just draw it as smooth as I can the first time using my mouse, i find when doing those sorts of outlines it helps to be zoomed in further as it stops me from making it so bumpy, then I zoom out and check it touching up any bits that don't look correct either by adding a bit more or by erasing some as necessary. I just keep doing that until i'm happy with how it looks hope this helps

oh haha I just use the airbrush tool alternatively you could also use the smudge tool or the blur tool but I find the air brush makes it more seamless.
