I need more help on the kinds of layers (multiply, divide, subtract, screen, etc.) and what effects they make on your picture

The more commonly used 'blend modes', or layer types, are Multiply, Screen, Overlay and Soft Light and so I'll try to explain what they do.

Multiply is when Oekaki multiplies the base colour by the blend colour. So it will darken that layer, basically.
Screen is the opposite of multiply and basically makes the layer lighter c:
Overlay and soft light basically create higher contrast, which can be great when shading.

I completed a diagram using all of them at one point, which I will go out and attempt to find. I use the same image, just adding different effects.

For some reason, it wont work.
I downloaded Java, and it said it is blocked by something.
We dont have anything that blocks it.

I downloaded Java, and it was working fine... Then I went to use Oekaki again and it said 'ERROR'. I don't know if I have anything that blocks it.. ;n;

I am using a Mac, and I downloaded Java. It said it was working fine, so I went back to CS and refreshed the page, (even closed all tabs and came back in). It still won't work. Help?!

For some reason Oekaki wont let me save my drawing and it's really making me frustrated, no matter how many times i press save, it doesn't do anything. :T

Might there be a way to erase a single color on the same layer, without erasing the others by accident?

Umm, how do I get the brush to not be pixelated at all? like a smooth brush?

umm, hello.

I can click "new drawing" and then choose the size on how big I want the page to be and then my computer screen changes and I see,
"Windows has stopped trying to fix this website."(Chicken smoothie)
"it appears there is something continually wrong with this website and Windows has stopped trying to fix it."
so I cant use oekaki can you help?
