Very important update now posted!
This is going to be implemented in an effort to produce more HDs and to get the species "out there". I don't think I could make a lot of quality dogs on my own for two months, that's all. And, of course, as there are many talented artists who have already applied, I'd like some help with the species before allowing more to hop on. I hope this makes sense and is fair, as now there will be 4 full time artists and 4 guest artists by the end of this contest.
