I didn't have a blacklist, but I've decided to make one. Countless people have been posting there forms when slots were closed. I REALLY didn't want to make a blacklist D:

From now on, if you post an initial form when slots are closed, you WILL be blacklisted.

Because I want to know. It's not like it's any harm to be confused. Slots won't be full forever-or at least..they shouldn't be-and if I end up clueless then, and nobody notices it because they're a bit busy, dealing with all of the orders and all, then I'd be a bit stuck.

((Maybe the problem is that I just don't understand much of anything. XD))
