OK, so the reason I closed this in the first place was because Frostbite found a mate, right? Well, here's what's going on with them. Frostbite started hanging out with his friend Ocean [owned by Ranger the Undead] more and more often and eventually it led to them becoming mates. But here's the thing, Ocean was declared dead the other day and Frost... well I'm sure you can figure out how he's feeling. Right now he's currently in the denial stage, he thinks something is up and that her death was suspicious. [And he's right, just don't let him know, OK? Ocean was selected for a special team put together by the government in the place they live in and everyone on that team is either 'dead' or 'never existed in the first place'] Anyways, just because he's technically without a mate right now does not mean that this will re-open. I've had a few people question whether this is ever going to open again, and the solid answer is no. Frost has devoted his time to other things, like trying to figure out whether Ocean is really dead or not, and he's unwilling to continue anyways.
So yeah, that's probably more information then you ever wanted to know but I felt like I should answer some of the questions, and that's my way of answering.

Yeah, Frost hasn't found her yet. Range still hasn't decided on what will happen to her, as in if she'll die for real or not, since it is a highly dangerous mission the gov is sending the team on.
