They're all open, it's just we're not accepting right now. It might be because of the artist comp going on, I'm still unsure of why it was originally closed for, but I know it was closed with a reason.

I think because of school/work for the artists; we haven't been on recently. No clue, though.

I dunno, I have been on, it's just lack of ideas (or lack of being able to make those ideas into an STP), I'd be making customs just fine, though. Could be, but still unsure.
