To breed with him your character must be female and must be owned by you. Once the litter is complete you get first pick and can keep all but one of them. I'll chose after you do and if there's any left over they will go up for adoption.
Note: his dragon tattoo is just that, a tattoo. It's possible that none of the pups will get tattoo in the shape of a dragon, and others may get a random shape/design. It's not inherited like a gene would be because it's not genetic
