To breed kias, you either must have two of your kias be mates with each other, or have one who is mates with another's kia (which we recommend). Mates can then request to have babies, which an artist will make if the conditions are met. The baby(ies) can then have their fates decided by the owners of the parents.

Apple will be working to get #400 out in a few weeks, however after that no new kias will be coming out for a while because of the hiatus.

There is no list at this time of artists who are open to edits. You may however ask any artists.
Generally just make a guess at whoever seems the least busy to ask. They may guide you to someone who is available if they are not.
Just remember to be patient. Even if they agree to do it, it may take some time for them to get to it. n_n[/size][/center]
