This species of pony is a subclass of Earth ponies. They have traces of unicorn bloodlines dating back centuries though they do not posses magic abilities. The 'wings' are bark-like in texture and are similar to trees. They can grow leaves of various shades and colors. The species is overall somewhat docile and friendly, though they exist mostly in solidarity deep in the Everfree Forest away from 'Regular' ponies. They are extremely wary of anyone not of their own kind but not outright hostile toward them. They have an amazing talent for growing most kinds of plants in almost any kind of terrain. Their few in number and tend to stick together in bands (or Tribes). To the three basic pony species, (Unicorn, Earth, and Pegasus), this species is thought to be extremely dangerous and hostile and were chased out of many places centuries ago when they were larger in number.

As for the tail coincidence, this type of tail is really common among pony characters (that I'v noticed anyways), I just didn't want to make a normal MLP tail. Because I'm lazy lol.
