x4 Dye to change the purple markings to deep blue.
x1 Polish to change the jewel to a black and white spotted pattern.
x1 Hair Growth to make the hair possible

I think the hair is a bit too detailed. The hair growth is meant for simple hair. Noraml har. Its real pretty, but I dont thik this is something that is allowed for the hair growth XD

Also the jewel - keep it a solid color. The white counts as a second color and the jewel origianlly was technially one C:

Agana is also sad aout the polish and dye, but to be fair thats what it is for. But yeah.

The hair would have to be a single base color (OR maybe two colors). It can't be galaxy though ;u; its pretty though seriously

The jewel will need to change as well. I debated about it, but then I realized that giving the jewel another color technically changes the rarity. And the Polish does not change rarity. You'll have to make it a solid color - so it can't have the stars.

Sorry about all the trouble, also black crystals are the same rarity as dotted ones so that doesn't make much sense to me? The rarity changes either way.

Oh. Derp. I dont knwo my rarities very well.

The hange it ot one of the commo colors (Since it was originally green?). You can change rarity so you'll need to stick with one of those colors.

So polish can only change it to one of the common colors if the sima was already common?
