My Promise To You
I will never take a character away, as I do not have a right to do so. I have the right to refuse to sell to someone, if I do so; do not harass me over it or I will ban you from my shop booth. Most character come with art, designs by myself generally do /not/ come with art. Art will be given to the full owner upon purchase. If you are unsatisfied with service, or want to re-turn a character fill out a help ticket below.
