I understand PPS Kias cannot breed, but are they allowed to have boyfriends/girlfriends and just not breed??

To answer your question, though, the answer depends on the age of the PPS. Baby/pup PPS cannot have any romantic relationships, but teen PPS can. Those romances cannot be anything too serious, however, as the mentality of teen PPS kias stays that of a teenager (and thus isn't likely to reach a level that is comparable to a more serious adult relationship).

You can put one UFA as long as it's not a RU. RU's have to be gifted.
