You have hornless nubs, male and female horns, along with male and female tails/fins.

I will be shading and highlighting all add-ons... and doing the eye color and work-up later.

Since they live in arctic waters, they should probably have the fur like a polar bear, and build like one, making their fur thick, but not long and loose like longhair dog breeds.

Now... I added some small things in there, but I also might add some more things then what is listed, just to give it some spark to it...

Its the new Java update that messed things up. Go to your control panel, type in java, and go to the Java settings. Turn down your security level to medium. Java apps should run on your browser after that
