but, I kind of got stuck on the design and color, and just about everything but the glowi-ness and the stars and spots.

colors
I picked the colors for the reason his brother has yellow and light blues, so I thought this would be cool for his bro
The light green would be his star and there glow, plus his nose color
The darker green would be his eye color and the glow to them, keeping his whites black
The blues are his fur color
hairstyle - colors for hair
The colors for his hair is the darkest green and the two lightest greens
horns - colors for horns
Using all the colors on this palette from lightest at the base and the darkest at the tip

Gender: Male

Design: The only thing I'd like to see added are zebra like stripes on the mane, a few more of those small dots, markings on his tail like the markings on Sirius' belly and chest, and multiple dots of varying sizes on the paws.

Colors: I like everything that is there currently, so I think that the only colors that would change are the new things being added.
-stripes on mane, dark grey 303030
-the multiple dots on paws, the same color as the dots already on there.
-the few more small dots, green a7e620
-the tail markings- the same green as above ^

Accessories:
-A necklace like his siblings, but as a glowing star (color of stars on design)
-String wrapped around the tail a few times with three dangling objects on string. A small star (silver), one with three dots hanging of three strings attached to the one string (same as dots on design), and a silver ring.

Notes: If I win, and the greens don't look as good as I think they will, could they be a shade of grey instead?
I do not have access to draw out some of this right now, if you need clarification on something that sounds confusing just pm me if that's okay?, or if I win I could make some sketches of what I mean if you would need them.

His name would be Altair, I think....
The gender is probably going to be male, due to the thing I have with having male characters.... And because of the eyes, which I just think is masculine by default. ovo
The base would be about the same colour; a smoky black. I thought adding markings along that back would be nice, kind of like wispy, faded, gray tiger stripes....
For accessories, I was thinking that he could have thin silver strings wrapped around his front paws/legs and tail, with little golden beads on them. He'd also have a small bottle filled with silver and gold "stardust" on a silver string around his neck....

His eyes would be silver/white, with gold on the inside around the pupil, and the nose would be lighter gray.
The stars would be gold and white/silver, and the hair would be black/the base colour, with the tips/edges being silver/white. The beads in his hair would be gold.
His tail would be like the his hair; slightly longer than usual and with the two little gold beads in it.... (Not exactly as long as in the example, of course! I went a little overboard, ahah.)

Paw pads would be coloured like his stripes, and his horns would be curled ram horns, I guess, ahah.... It would be dark gray, with silver/white tips and golden flecks. The visible one also has silver threads and beads on it.

The spots would be white/silver.

Yes, you pick the palette which goes onto the design. So, what design you see is what you get unless you want to add belly stripes or what not. You get him/her in the colors you'd like. owo
