urgghh, i hope you like this guy. for whatever reason it was way harder for me to do this guy than it was to do any of the ones with hair edits, heh. i think i've got design block and art block and writer's block all smushed together today, and just generally don't feel well. lD

glowy rune-y markings ftw! i seem to have a love for glowy things lately...
