What exactly is the Countdown for Kiamaras? I've heard (seen) it lots of times on threads related to Kiamaras and I'm curious to find out…

500 is the number Kiamaras will be closing.

If you look at the first page of the gotcha bubbles it says it ends at 500. So sad

when the kiamara adopts reach its limit of 500, does it mean there will be a new thread or will the adoptions be closing? ono

The Adopt portion of Kiamara's will be closing at 500.
This merely means that no new Kiamara's will be produced through breeding and adoptions.
Roleplays, the fanclub, etc. will all continue as normal if the community wishes.
However once we hit 500 no more Kia's will be made and the Kiamara community will essentially close.

If you read back a few pages I believe you can find more information, but this basically sums it up C:
