Is it just me or has this little guy been at the agency forever? I remember seeing him here almost a year ago o3o

if i remember correctly, he was adopted but the adopter no longer wanted him so she brought him back

He was one of my favorites when I was first looking through the agency (last Sunday XD), but the conditions of art or attention weekly is a little too much for a college student to handle amid classes and exams.

Oooh, I might do a revamp for ten.

Also I have very bad comprehension, so now do we have to get donors permission no matter what or is that just me getting mixed up?

I'm no mod, but I think that if it states in the kennel that no revamps are wanted, then you cant do one, but if nothing is there about revamps, you are free to do it. Thats just what my mind thinks I heard though. I'd ask Tripp ^^

for my donations as example, you'll always see (unless i hate how the character came out) "pm me your form" then that basically means you need permission, however if it says nothing along those lines, then you don't need permission, you can just apply for it. If it says you need permission, and the username no longer works, and its not on the "username changes" which is right above the kennels, then you also don't need to ask for permission
