Rain, there was a nice long space in which you could have quoted your form. It was nearly a whole hour until Fishy posted their form, you could have posted right after Sushi and still have gotten it. But, it was asked for by someone else and the form was filled correctly so they got it.

If you make a mistake. Then you have to wait for some else to post below you. Then you can quote your corrected form. That's my understanding.
