-she's a ghost
-an "evil thing" followed her all her life and plagued her
this caused people to fear her
- the disease spread to all her friends at the orphanage
- it became so contagious that the orphanage was burned down (hence her scars)
-she just wants friends who won't be scared of the evil thing ;u;
