Blitz... what to say about him. For starters he was rightfully committed to a mental asylum, just for the wrong reasons. After a few years he broke out and has sorta gone on the run. He was wounded in his escape and never bothered to clean off the straight jacket that he some how managed to tear open to free his front legs. Now that Blitz is on the run he has taken to muttering nonsense to himself as he wanders. It's not like he's trying to hide himself either, the poor guy is slowly losing his mind to Chaos and has no idea what's going on most of the time. It's more like the ones tracking him down are just really bad at their job.
