Well, perhaps joint custody? I don't know if that's an option, but perhaps if you both owned the bean for awhile, one of you would realize that you don't want to keep the baby because you want more slots or something. Besides, you can always breed them again and get more babies. So eventually you'd both get one of their babies. So what it comes down to is whether or not you want this one or want to wait for one of their future babies. X3
