I believe this boy shall be my final entry for the artist competition uvu
He is inspired by Jack Frost from Rise Of The Guardians.
I wanted to make a special boy for my tenth and last entry, so here you go~
This boy is the guardian of winter, so he has special paint.
His paint has three colors, the lightest making the snow and chilly air around the paint.
His paint can freeze things and create frost, snow, and ice.
Though he is the winter guardian, he cannot bring winter itself. The season happens naturally, though he helps it progress.
Blizzards, snowstorms, flurries, etc are his doing, but he can only make such things occur if it is cold enough where he is. So, he cannot make a blizzard on the first day of winter or any other season (depending on the temperature), but if he is in a naturally snowy or cold area, he regains his ability to bring forth storms of snow.
The reason he can do this is because his paint/he is connected to winter. His abilities/paint powers are strongest during winter, and weakest during summer. Yes, he can be very powerful, but his power is somewhat seasonal. He can still freeze and create what was mentioned before when it is hotter, but on a much smaller scale and things will only stay frozen for a small amount of time.
One more thing to mention about his paint. When it dries and hardens, the "snow" around it disappears or sinks into the paint, but it is still cold to the touch.
He is unnaturally light (may be changed) and can use the winter winds to travel.
