Vincent is a steam punk with a bit of circuit margining on
his legs. He is rather chilled and seems like he holds very
little emotion in what he dose. Though he is cold, he can
open up to only a few that show they are right. Only the
right person can make him open up, but other then that
he can come of cold and a bit harsh. He likes to think
he is all bad and what not and that he can do as he please.
