Yep, a new pony OC and she is inspired by something. :3 I loved it so much that I just had to make this pony. Can you guess what she is inspired by? She also has no name yet so suggestions are welcome (I stink with names) You will probably see her in both forms when I draw her so be prepared!

So go ahead and guess away at who/what she is inspired by! It's not too hard c;

What color is she?
A: She is actually a very light tan, not peach.

What are the sparkles on her hooves?
A: Surprise c:

Why is there another pony behind her?
A: That is her before she "changed," another way that she is inspired by the mystery item/show/person/animal.

Why doesn't the pony behind her have the cutie mark too?
A: I'm guessing you thought I forgot it, but I didn't! She didn't discover her special talent until she "changed," she was always teased about being a blank flank while she was a grown mare.

What is her cutie mark?
A: It is an ice shard and a snowflake with a few speckles

If so, I would suggest the name Elsa, but if you wanted something more unique to your character, what about something like Frost Gleam or Snow Gleam, Frozen Water, Snow Dance. Definitely going with an icy sort of name for this character!
