Update 1: I have decided to give those who own Gen 2+ That have been a purchase breeding, A Limited Custom Chibica a Free Breeding Ticket (If you own a Gen 2+ Litter) and a Free Custom Ticket (If you own a Custom Chibica). The only exception is the ACIaDS Litter as that was an adoptable litter

Update 2: After lots of self debating, the lineart will contain no shading nor extra layers. Meaning it will allow more layer programs like GIMP to open the file (.png). The shading aspect will be up to the artist to decide if thhey want to shade it.
