Element: Stars, she can move the starts (that you can see) and can make pictures out of them, to communicate.
Brief personality: Not much is known about her. She is cautious and very timid. She is blind to everything except for stars, so during night time she can see the stars and use her power.
Other: If this character is not allowed then it will just be an example of my artistic abilities.

What do you think? Also would this ability/element be allowed? It does not give her power, or help her in a battle but she can make writing in the sky or make images, to help communicate messages and for fun. It is a form of light element.
