Ok Im pretty sure i read everything thats important! But i don't understand the suger cookie thing.

Okay, let's see if I can simplify this down.
Sugar cookies are used to trade in for accessories, and things of the like. You trade CS pets in for these cookies (the values are shown on the first page)
You can also trade sugar cookies in for other cookies, such as ::
The Chocolate Chip :: These cost 30 Sugar Cookies, these are used to pay for customs made our of the current Chiwaii linearts.
Double Chocolate :: These cost 300/400 Sugar Cookies each, these are used for customs not made from the current Chiwaii lineart, the price varies as to whether you will allow them to be adopted out or not.
Smarties :: These cost 30 Sugar Cookies each, these are used for when you are breeding your Chiwaii's, again, the amount of these needed varies on the den you are using.
White Chocolate Chip :: These cost 10 Sugar Cookies each, and are used for when you want to trade your Chiwaii with another person.

If you look on the bank and store post, there is a part that days to do with rarest and years, that basically tells you how many sugar cookies you can get for a pet :3

As for C$, I will give a rate of one sugar cookie per C$, if you trade over 150C$ at once though, you will get 50% more!
