Here is how I would change Ocean. Basically all I did was redraw her mane/tail, changed her cutiemark and hair clip and played around a bit with the color of her design. When I first looked at Ocean, I thought she looked more like a pegasus than an earth pony. I also decided right off that normal pegasus wings wouldn't have looked right with the almost whimsical feel of her design, so I drew some of my own and made them the colors of her mane. I can easily remove them if you don't like them, though.
