Heart Breaker
Heart Breaker was raised in the same town as Sky Rise. They, in fact, were fillyhood friends. As a colt he dreamed of being a chocolatear, and at first the plan seemed to be going well for him what with his chocolaty colored hoofs and main and chocolate box cutie mark.
However, the time came for him to leave his little town and he moved to canterlot to start up his dream chocolate industry. In his time there he grew fond of spending his free time being a flit and going out with several mares, only to leave them shortly after.
He took a trip to Los Pegasus for some business matters one winter, and found himself quite taken with all the beautiful ponies there. However one Alicorn stood out to him, seeing as it was hard to find someone tall to match his height like an alicorn did. It took him weeks of observing from afar who this pony was, and upon finding out it was his old friend he suddenly felt a large amount of guilt boiling up. So much so he couldn't bare to talk to her and explain to her what he'd been doing over the years they'd been apart.
Their meeting again was written in the stars though, and their paths crossed over a dinner party hosted by his company. They spent the entire night together after dinner, and he let everything spill out about all his wrong, and regret for his not being an outstanding pony on the inside like she was. Sky Rise had no judgement, though, and treated him just like old times, even more affection, in fact. However once a player always a player, and Heart Breaker returned to his old ways as soon as he reached back to Canterlot. Leaving Sky Rise devastated by the news.

So obviously that's just my back story I came up with when drawing him...If you chose him everything would be entirely changeable - Anything you'd want.
On a side note I like how he came out V-V I wanted something both romance related but something that could also stand on it'sown as a character. Chocolate just seemed to fit.
