How did this Wavetail arrive at the pound? []: Neon was part of a code in a computer,but a virus forced him out of his computer and he lived on the streets for months. His family was scattered across the globe and there was no possible way Neon could find them. He wandered around the streets and soon Annabelle the Wave tail Cat found him. She took him to the pound and took care of him until a young girl named Petalfur came to the pound,looking for a cat to adopt. She noticed Neon and he stole her heart. She filled out papers and hoped that he would soon be hers.
