The next layer should consist of some tribal designs like this or this (I know this one is very complicated, but please, feel free to make it simpler, I just like the colors), and maybe colors or design ideas from this (but you don't have to use the design from him ^^)
The next layer after that should have black and white swirls like this on one front leg, one back leg, her rear, and on the tail near the jewel.

→I was thinking maybe stripes of some sort (whether it be an almost scribble-like stripe design or zig-zag or zebra stripes, I don't know, whatever you think looks best), but the stripes would be divided into four sections, each with their own color.
The first section, which would be head, would have neon purple stripes.
The second section, which would be the mane, would have neon pink stripes.
The third section, which would be the body, would have neon green stripes.
The fourth section, which would be the tail, would have neon blue stripes.
If you think the colors would look better in a different order, don't be afraid to switch them up. :3

On one of the chains, there are two dog tags, one that says 824 and the other saying 909. The last dog tag says 001. He has various small scar along his body, but also has a long, winding one that goes across his face and through his eye. Caiden wears black, fingerless gloves, like Ash Ketchum's, if this isn't too much for you.
