Just thought I'd let you know here; I'm backing out.

The way you're going about announcing this is not at all fair to the people that entered before you started announcing places, in my personal opinion.

I'm not sure why you would say this and then award second place to someone who entered after you posted this, unless there is something the rest of us are unaware of.
I'm sorry, and I know it's not my place, but I think you should consider rethinking how you run future contests.
Anyways, I had to get that out there, and I'm really, really sorry if any of this came across as rude. Thank you for your time :)

I put a lot of effort into my entries - with design and line edits, and just the fact that someone, with 1 entry / a very simple design got main artist...it just doesn't make sense.
And also someone who's entry was basically just a cover, got 2nd place?
It's very discouraging to me...

Also, to the people who were displeased with the results from before and/or the current results; please do not blame Ray. It is my fault for not seeing when the contest was going to end and when it over, and I therefore did not manage to post my design without the cover. So please do not get annoyed with her <3 but i'd also like it if you don't blame me either eheheh
