Have you ever been blacklisted or given a warning/strike in Meow (or any other forum threads)?: nope, I don't think so.

Why do you want to be an artist for Meow?: I've always loved Meow, and I love pixel art as well. this place was probably the first adoptable thread I've ever really gotten into. I was once an artist before, but I was removed. so, it'd be great to have another chance and join the Meow community again, after the hiatus.
Are you be able to keep up with the artist requirements without slacking?: yep.
Will you make at least a litter or two every week?: I will try my best.
Where else are you an artist in?: nothing, I have been an artist in some other places in the past though.
Picture editing software/programs used: mostly MS Paint, although occasionally I use PS.

Quick question, when the pound does open, will the winners for the cats all be chosen in one day? If not, then are we allowed to post a form for more than one?
(I understand we can only adopt once per day, just asking if we can adopt more than one pound cat if the winners are chosen on separate days :3)

Meh, I changed my mind. Each cat can have 5 forms for it, and the best form gets the cat. All forms that do not follow the rules will not be counted. They may or may not be chosen in one day. You may only ask for one, but if the cat you've chosen has already been adopted, you may ask for another. Hope this answers your question. c:

I don't really understand your question. x) I have just put this before the adoption forms.
"-> Please read the rules before filling out the form.
-> I will know if the rules are not read. Those forms will be ignored.

From the second I saw this adorable, sleepy,reserved cat I knew she was the one for me. I feel like her personality matches mine perfectly and we would be the perfect match!!!! c:. I also lover her pale yellow color. It reminds me of a morning sunrise or and orange Popsicle . Ughh she is just so cute curled up like that!!! Lastly I would like to have her because I feel like some people might just look over her and gravitate towards one of the more complex cats but I understand her beauty and appreciate her simplicity.
