Idris' head erected as the sound of horses filled his ears. He trotted to the sounds.

Hope grazed silently. (She hasn't had Soot yet.)

Sheriff whinnied for any near by mares as he reared and landed hard on the ground. His weight mostly gained already but only a few pounds to go.

Snow whinnied for any near by stallions.

Black Star whinnied for any near by stallions. The 18 handed mare was getting her test ready. Her friesian mane flowing in the wind as she grazed.

Alicante galloped to the sound of a stallion. She whinnied to let him know she was coming. (She is running to Sheriff)

I heard a stallion's whinny and whinnied back. I had nowhere else to go.

As I was galloping away I heard the sound of mares' neighs surrounding me. I was so confused so I just stopped and gave a loud whinny.
