buzzles are no long an active species. occasionally a few will be made by me, either to be adopted here or on dA.

Buzzles are colorful and creative hybrids. Originating from the fennec fox and the bumblebee, this creature causes all types of trouble.
They feed primarily on fruits rather than the pollen of flowers. They have insect wings, but the base of a canine. They glow immensely, their primary power source being their wings. The spots and stripes on them always match the wings, because they too glow and are a source of power.


buzzles nest burrow in dens to lay their eggs
they are attracted to the darkness because they glow better
their eggs are translucent
they grow to be the size of a small house cat
they produce a toxin in their saliva that is poisonous
wingless buzzles are rare because they rarely survive childhood

you cannot breed buzzles on your own (you can't breed them at all yet)
you cannot sell or trade them
if a buzzle is no longer wanted, message me about it
you can try out for multiple pups in one time period
the maximum number of buzzles you can have is five
artists have no restrictions with pup numbers and staff are allowed seven
do not use them as fursonas, and do not change the species
you can make them into an anthro for art, but keep them as their species
message me if you wish to gift your buzzle to another user
do not ask for the pup's gender/color/markings/etc to be changed
you cannot add items to your buzzle yourself, instead ask the artist to do it
customs are not currently an option outside of the staff, but they may be eventually
there are likely to be more added later

do not make major edits
remove the buzzles banner when making adopts
you can make buzzles for yourself
do not sell the adopts, it isn't a profit thing
