As the queen moved back into the shading tendrils of the trees a small daeet stepped forward. His orange markings seemed to give off their own light in the setting sun.

"Greetings all of you. I am Nebulus. It is my duty this year to hold the tradition of honor. or as many of you may know it as Trick or treating. On this night we will go as one group or many to the homes on the streets of the Capitol City. Of all the traditions passed down from the Fall festival, this is the one that has lasted the years, and the ban. Come, let us make our way."

The event;
Post the form below to get a prize it can be anything from a daeet to item from CS.

The rules;
you may only do this once every 12 hours, and believe me i WILL check, so dont' be that guy. Ideally you can post once at 11 am est and once at 11pm est. the prizes are random and have varying quality.
To make this clearer, you may post ONCE in between the hours of 11:01 am and 11 PM EST; and ONCE in the time frame of 11:01 PM and 11 AM EST.

I will attempt to reply to you all every time i get a good size group of replies.

The group question is just an add-in, ie are you trick or treating with a group or not? It can just be answered with a yes or no, you need no proof. It does have a purpose, one makes you more likely to get something or other. >->
As for the "dress up" question; you're trick or treating right? hat costume is your daeet wearing? This is not anything too important, but it does make it a bit more 'real'.

@ starms, It is a question to ach individual form. you daeet can travel alone this time, but next time it may want to get into a group.
