Pan'ciel's were originally owned and made by Toriguel, and are now owned by me, as Tori could no longer look after them.

✧ Information about Pan'ciels...

Pan'ciels are the size of a baby panda. The pearl on their collar is the same color than their eyes. Their wings are covered by colourful patterns that help them to attract a mate. Some Pan'ciel don't have wings but they are very rare.
Pan'ciels are nocturnal animals and live in forests, near lakes and rivers, where they can easily find their food : their glowing antennas help them to attract fireflies. They receive their gem when they become an adult.
They are peaceful and curious creatures

✧ Rules

1. Tess' rules apply.
2. Respect the artists and mods, at ALL times.
3. Do not steal the species/ a Pan'ciel that doesn't belong to you.
4. Do not ask to be part of the staff (artist, mod,etc.) if applications are not open.
5. Do not ask for a custom Pan'ciel.
6. You are allowed to have 6 Pan'ciels, no more.
7. You are allowed to use your Pan'ciel off-site and/or as your character if you want.
8. Do not use your Pan'ciel as your Fursona.
9. If you no longer want your Pan'ciel, PM me, so you may either gift or put back up for re-adoption.
10. Do not sell your Pan'ciel for profit of any kind.
11. Please stay polite and do not make a drama if you don't win.
12. No two Pan'ciels may have the same name, different spelling is fine.

✧ Artist Rules

1. You may have 3 customs. It counts in your 7 Pan'ciel's.
2. You may add small accessories and do minor changes on the lines (horns, spikes,...) -PM me to do large edits-
3. You may create a non-winged Pan'ciel, but keep in mind that they're supposed to be rare, like 1/50.
4. If you wish to do a custom for a friend, please PM me first.
5. You may create your own form (with art/poem/personality/etc.) but do not ask for bids/$CS.
6. You may do RU's, if you are unsure whether or not to do one PM me.
7. Pearl, eye and antenna colours must be the same, PM me if you wish to do one that does not match.
8. Every 50 there will be a special lineart, I will PM the artist I want to do this, do not ask.
9. Try to number them correctly.
10. Colour limits are gone, i trust you guys, but please don't go crazy.

✧ Guest Artist Rules.

1. You make 3 Pan'ciel's.
2. 1 of these 3 may be your custom.
3. No edits are allowed, without PMing me first.
4. Do not give RU's without asking me first.
5. If you do not make your 3 in under one month, your time will end.
6. Don't go crazy with colours please <333
7. As many colours on the wings as you like.
8. Your time as a GA rolls over after a month.

✧ Strikes and Bans.
You can earn a strike/ban, from breaking a rule here, being rude, having either a strike/ban on one of my other species, or i do not trust you from past experiences.
