It's not you. It's more like Scamps doesn't want a bazillion people on the VIP list. If lots of people were on it, they could order what they want when they want, and Scamps would be burried in orders.

If its too easy for people to make it onto the VIP list, poor Scamps would be overloaded with people wanting lots and lots of customs and stuff. D:

Maybe there could be like a "Whitelist" or something, that you can get onto easier, that gives you free customs for a set period of time, like a week or something, or a set number of free customs, like 4 or 5 or something?
