Kakashi's dad is head of tribe after all... and he is a skilled warrior in the
sword technique of Two Heavens. So I don't think Landon will be obnoxious
to him. Kakashi is well respected among the tribe because of his dad but mostly
of his courage and astounding sword skills. He likes people who are strong and
don't fear death.

Sure, feel free to make up characters. However, the tribes generally don't have a "usual uniform", just a coloration and general personality type.
