Simple animation(s) (blink wink etc.) costs: WL rare from 2010 or lower/or 10 C$/or 800
difficult animation(s) (flick tail or ear drinking a smoothie etc.) costs: 2 WL rares from 2010 or lower/ or 20 C$/ or 2,500

Simple add-ons/accessories (bow tiara etc.) costs: 1 WL rare from 2011 or lower/ or 7 C$./ 450
Difficult add-ons/accessories (hat, cloak, dress, hair etc.) costs: 3 WL rares from 2009 or lower/or 15 C$/or WL Very rare/or 1,600

so this is the cost. I underlined the thing you wanted for your custom. So it would be how much the custom itself is, plus the difficult add on so let's say you are paying with snowflakes. It is 700 snowflakes for the custom, and + 1,600 for the difficult add on.
When the custom will be done depends on how . Much time I have. It can be from 1 day, to 3 weeks if I am active.
