Why are customs closed are the temporarily or forever?

They are closed because most of us artists seem busy, and the Halloween Event is coming up, so I want to give everyone a chance to get prepared for everything. The customs will probably be closed all through the event as well, so don't expect them to open back up until around November, because there will be a lot of Trekkles coming out in October to the point where if we had customs as well, there would just be an overload of work and Trekkles out. :3
