What is artists week?

Well, it is when customs are only open to artists. When the artist orders a custom he/she must accept as many as she orders. For example. SerenWish orders three customs, I come and claim two of them, their for, I can order two customs for myself, and no one else can order a custom unless they accept at least on of mine or SerenWish's! Eventually SerenWish has to accept three more customs to do. Yes, you still pay for them unless otherwise stated. It will happen randomly maybe twice a year, and I was actually planning it to be three months ago, but I never had time... so it is now~
