I was wondering if an artist could grow Mu for me? I actually wanted her grown on the 12th last month but Jern designed her and they're on hiatus, as well as being a guest artist at the time. I realized that a lot of other artists were busy too so I didn't really bother to ask them. So I was wondering if there were any artists who weren't busy atm? I understand about school and everything, but I really just want to get this done^^

A similar question, but I'm not sure if the answer's the same. Who should we contact about changing feathers with Feather Dust? I contacted the original artist but she said she was too busy, so I asked if she could find another artist to do it (based on this post) but I never got a response and my kia's feather hasn't changed. Its been over a month so I just figured they never found anyone, didn't know what to do, or forgot about it.
