Blue cleared this particular nursery pairing, but this is not a common occurrence.
If there are slots open one of the nursery artists will post saying so.
Otherwise you'll have to wait I'm afraid :C

Do note that, especially with the event, there are a lot of things artists are being requested to do.
So while it is frustrating when you've been waiting a long time for a nursery slot, the artists can't do everything at once. Apple is taking a break, and Blue is on a semi-hiatus sort of thing. This means that things aren't going to happen right away in-so-far as item usage/nursery breedings/etc. go.
Just please try to be patient and do not pester the artists. That makes them less likely to want to get things done, definitely not a proactive approach.
