Take Me There (aka Getting to Know You) | JBD Roleplay

Okay, enough with the glitter graphic words and letters, I'm sure you're all sick of 'em anyway. X3 So, due to an amazing suggestion made by ~Asaki that I create an RP for Amanda Lynn to get to know the plethora of beans who desire to be her friends. I thought this was a brilliant idea, so here we are. X3 So this is basically where Amanda Lynn can get to know her new friends (and crushes) and vice versa. Currently, this is only open to the owners of the JBDs who have already requested to be friends with Amanda Lynn and I have accepted as friends.

So my sort of plot-ish idea, because I've never really done an RP like this before is this: Amanda Lynn is the new girl in town and the other beans come over to visit her and... I don't know. X3 Invite her to take part in various things. X3 Sort of a work in progress, again, I have never done an RP quite like this before. ^^;

{Yup, I'm on! And I'd love to start RP-ing. :3 I think I'll start her unpacking and moving into her new home maybe? X3 }

Amanda Lynn ran straight into the new house as soon as her human companion had opened the door, excitedly looking about at the new surroundings that she'd soon be calling home.There were so many rooms and so much more space compared to the old home they had lived in. I'm so excited! She thought to herself. brought out her MP3 player from her pouch along with the plug in stereo system and selected her country playlist, setting the MP3 player to shuffle and repeat, the first song she selected was something by Rascal Flatts, specifically "Feels Like Today." She loved this song, it was a very happy and upbeat sort of song. With the song to start the mood she ran over to the window with the seat set in it. She couldn't remember what those were called, but she was certain there was a name for them. Anyway, as she looked out the window, she couldn't help but wonder to herself if she'd make any friends. She certainly hoped she would.
Getting back to unpacking things, she began helping with bringing in boxes and bag into the house.

There was a bush, a little bit away from the house. A window of the house looked out at it.
So happened that there was someone in the bush; someone that was not supposed to be there. Another someone was looking for that someone, and the someone in the bush felt slightly guilty but also very proud at having had sneaked away. This someone was Parakeet.

The other someone who was searching for the child bean was, of course, his 'guardian' figure, Saltimbanco. Sal was not nessarily the best at finding things, and completely dismissed the bush when he passed it. In fact, he was now a little ways from the bush, staring back at the house. Were there new comers moving in? Yes, there were it seemed. Curiosity was starting to come over him as he slowly walked back.

{Not at all. X3 Random bushes are fine...just so long as they don't move about. That's just plain creepy. }

Amanda Lynn halted as she was carrying a bag filled with her and her person's Ty Beanie Baby collection held within, she could have sworn she saw movement over in the bush near their new house, not a small movement like a bird or a squirrel but like something larger like a dog or a cat was inside. It sort of freaked her out. Deciding it was best to put the beanies in the house before investigating what might be hiding in that new bush of theirs.

When the beanie babies were safely inside the house, she padded over to the bush, sat down and sort of stared at it. Sniffing the air, she thought she smelled the scent of...was that another Jellybean Dragon? Sniffing some more, she let her sniffer lead her into the bush. Raising a bow in curiosity, she retreated from the bush a bit and sat down. "Alright, so who is hiding in my new bush?" She asked with a light laugh.
