Artists! I have a HUGE problem.
Ok guys, it's one thing to make ONE horse for yourself, but seriously you may NOT make many for just you. Another problem I have is if you make a personal you take 45 min, yet a custom which you are paid for takes you 15. I realize we have a new RP, but that is zero reason to make your own for yourself. I am not happy. I do not want to take your privileges as artists away from y'all, but this is UnAcCePtAbLe!

New Artist Rules:
1. For now, You may not make customs for yourself without my express permission
2. You may still not make kelpies! That's in the rules and you all know it so I really don't know why I have to repeat myself.
3. All horses (except for growing) are on this thread. They are not under a horse which is under a horse which is under another.

I'm sorry to rant, but y'all have been working with me for a while now and should know what is and is not acceptable.

that being said- I believe there are only a select few doing such things..
For those I have made- offered as an adopt- and ended up keeping i have made amends for. I'm holding off on making another adopt right now- I know we can have 3 up, but im just keeping it to two for now. if that's okay.
