Once in a while, new Tracker Dogs will appear on the first page. These will have a red or green dot in the upper left corner. To apply for one, click on the thumbnail (small picture) of the dog you want that has such a dot and fill in the given form.
To see what the red and green dots mean, see the first page.

Though, at the moment I'm not making designs because I'm busy finishing commissions in my artshop.
